2025 will be an exciting year for masters athletes in the area.
World Masters Indoor Championships will be in Gainesville, Florida in March.
For cross country competitors, London, Ontario will again be hosting the Canadian Cross Country Championships 2025. Masters cross country competition is in 5-year age groups. 30-69 run 8K and 70+ run 6K. There are also team competitions in 10-year age groups.
.Thames AChad four age group teams in the 2024 Canadian Cross Country Championships and eleven individuals raced. In addition several members helped London Western with setup and running the event.
